About SmileTabs
At SmileTabs, our goal is to make a sustainable alternative to toothpaste tubes that is accessible to everyone. By reimagining the packaging, we aim to reduce the abundant waste that results from discarding traditional plastic toothpaste tubes, millions of which end up in landfills each year. We plan on doing this by encapsulating the dentist-recommended amount of toothpaste in a water-soluble film. The film will dissolve within seconds when exposed to a stream of water, allowing you to brush your teeth the same way you normally would. The consumer’s toothpaste experience remains the same, without any of the waste.
