SEE THE PROJECT ↗The Pollination Story
PolliNation is an accredited social enterprise that provides a solution to widespread pollinator habitat loss. Our product is a pollinator kit uniquely designed for solitary mason bee species native to local communities. We strive to raise awareness about the threats that pollinator populations are experiencing due to augmented environmental disruptions. All surplus funds from the sale of PolliNation kits fund our Bee Leaders of Tomorrow curriculum — an educational initiative with elementary schools across South-Western Ontario that emphasizes the importance of protecting pollinator species through a changemaker approach.
By leveraging experiential learning in elementary school classrooms, PolliNation aims to provide students with the necessary critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address social concerns they are passionate about. Throughout the duration of a three-session course curriculum, our team acts as mentors in guiding classrooms along the journey of creating meaningful community impact.
