Cupible

Creating compostable and edible coffee cups to reduce the environmental impact of Canada's favourite hot beverage.

About Cupible

Traditional takeout coffee cups are made of 95% paper and 5% plastic. This small 5% means that the cups cannot be recycled and instead end up in landfills. Americans use up to 50 billion paper cups each year and Canadians use roughly 2 billion, clearly making this large-scale global issue.

Cupible is a compostable and edible product that is used as a substitute for traditional takeout coffee cups. It is an innovative new solution, allowing consumers to eliminate waste by eating a cookie-like coffee cup.
